Seattle Girls' Choir Annual Fund

Please contribute to our 2008 Annual Fund. Your gift will be part of building a stronger base of financial and human resources for our wonderful choirs. Strong support from our community will enable us to compete for grant funding, and to reduce our unsustainable over-reliance on volunteers. Strengthened by a solid foundation, we can raise the Choir’s community profile, attract and retain the highest quality faculty and staff, and serve more families, ensuring that tuition is never a barrier for families of modest means. All of these elements are critical to the Seattle Girls’ Choir’s success.

Vladimir Girls Choir of Russia – visiting the Puget Sound region fall 2008

From October 26 to November 9, 2008, members of the Vladimir (Russia) Girls’ Choir will tour the Puget Sound area and the Seattle Girls’ Choir is proud to be one of their hosts and key sponsors. The mission of the Vladimir Exchange is to offer a two-way exchange of educational music repertoire and performances between a Russian youth chorus and youth choruses in the Puget Sound area. A secondary mission is to provide performances in smaller Western Washington communities and promote international understanding as the Russian youth visit the United States for the first time.

Your donation will be invaluable in ensuring that the Vladimir Choir’s needs are met during their visit so the girls can focus on sharing and learning!
